Have you ever heard of Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu? Today we found out more..

Dear reader,

Today we have launched into Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu. Firstly, Mr Goodwin reviewed what makes a quality blog post. It was great for me to be a learner and edit my blog posts with the rest of the students. The students then had a chance to refine and make their blog posts even more amazing!

Mr Goodwin then explained the exciting Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu programme, a chance for us to read blog posts from our partner schools. We are excited to find out all the exciting things they are doing.

We will make sure to promote our Smart Footprint- by leaving positive comments. Our partner schools are younger then us, so we need to be responsible and be role models.

WOW!! We have had an action packed last few weeks, and this week is going to be even MORE exciting!!

Tomorrow (Tuesday 5th March) we are heading to the viaduct to explore yachting and navigating on the ocean. I want to know

Our Trip up Mt Taurere

Whanau, today we finally climbed up Mt Taurere today!! It was so much fun. It was a great opportunity for our tamariki to connect to the land around us; use our senses and hold onto this experience. We are working on providing our kids with more language experiences that they can write about. They even slid down the Mount!!
